World Cup 2026 Events

The bar is just 20 mins walk to the stadium (under a mile).

Past Events

Euro 2024 Block 109 Event in Dusseldorf - 25/06/24

We have organised an event with beer and food at Brauerei Schumacher in Dusseldorf at 1pm. With our game against Slovenia kicking off at 9pm in Cologne, it will be a short train ride from Dusseldorf to Cologne, allowing plenty of time to spend some time in Cologne ahead of the game as well. For those of you that attended our Beer keller event in Munich in June 2022, this event will be a similar set up with plenty of beer and German food.

There will be a buffet and plenty of beer.

We would encourage you to book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment and to take advantage of the early bird rates.

Super Early bird rate per person (Before the end of March) - £45. We are due to pay the venue at the end of March in full and therefore any later payments would incur a larger cost to Block 109 to ensure that the event runs. Any later bookings would be as per the pricing structure below:

Early bird rate per person (Before the end of April) - £50

Normal rate per person (If booked in May/June) - £55

Please note that if we have any surplus at all from the event, 100% of this will be going into our fundraising pot. We are hoping to fundraise to make a donation at a local hospital or other charitable causes in the Dusseldorf/ Cologne region whilst we are there during the Euros. We also welcome any fundraising ideas that supporters may have during the Euros.

World Cup Party in Doha

We had brunches and events in Doha during 2022 World cup which were a great success.

Football Beyond Borders Trophy – Charity Match - 31.07.22

On 31 st July 2022, ahead of the Women’s Euro 2022 Final, Block 109 teamed up with EnglandFans FC and Football Beyond Borders (FBB) to organise a fundraising match. The event was organised to help raise awareness of the progress of the women’s game and to support Football Beyond Borders women’s Euro challenge event.

Munich Bier Keller Event - 06.06.22

Ahead of England’s Nations League match against Germany in Munich, we organised a pre match gathering the night before the match at the Augustiner-Keller. This was attended by over 120 people and great fun was had by all, with great atmosphere, beer steins, food and laughter.
