Block 109 respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through block109.co.uk, why we use it, and the services that help us operate the website.

Information you provide

If you join Block 109 through our membership form, we collect your name, email address, date of birth and, if you choose to provide it, your UK phone number. We use this information to process your membership request, contact you about Block 109 activities and provide membership-related information.

We use Netlify to host this website and process membership form submissions. We also receive messages sent to our published email addresses. Please do not send information that you do not want us to receive.

Event forms and external services

Some event sign-up links take you to Google Forms. Information submitted there is collected and processed by Google under its privacy policy. The fundraising page also loads an X widget to display posts. X may process technical information when that content loads under its privacy policy.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how people use the site and to monitor performance. Cloudflare says this service does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors. It may provide us with aggregated information such as page views, browser, operating system, country and performance metrics. More information is available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Block 109 code does not set its own cookies or use local storage. Third-party content, such as the X widget or external Google Forms, may be subject to the relevant provider’s own cookies and privacy practices.
